CBEC General Manager
Cliff is part of the CBEC General Management team. Cliff has provided general management of CBEC since the organisations establishment.

Simon Millichamp
CBEC Business Manager
Simon is part of the CBEC General Management team. Simon has responsibility for the contract management of Cleanstream Northland, CBEC Recycling and Busabout Kaitaia. Simon’s role includes contract management, policy and pricing, asset purchasing and product sales.

Pete Hill

Chief Financial Officer

Pete is part the CBEC General Management team. As CFO Pete is responsible for managing the finances of CBEC and Clean Stream Northland which includes strategic planning, budgets and performance monotoring of business units.

Lanice Dromgool - Waitai

Assistant General Manager

Lanice is part of the CBEC General Management team and is responsible for operations of the FNDC swimming pools in Kerikeri, Kaitaia and Kawakawa. She also looks after human resources and carries out specific project management.
 

Wendy Masters
Operations Manager
Wendy is the Operations Manager of Clean Stream Northland, and CBEC Recycling. Wendy’s role overall is operations management including staffing, collections, promotion and sale of services.

Paul Hansen
Operations Manager
Paul is Operations Manager for Healthy Homes Tai Tokerau. His role includes marketing and implementation of Healthy Homes Tai Tokerau’s range of energy efficiency products and services. He also provides technical advice for insulation installs quality control and supervision of staff.

Peter Doreen
Operations Manager
Peter is the Operations Manager for CBEC Labour Hire. His role includes project management, job pricing, customer service, marketing and staff recruitment and supervision.

Mike Wikitera
Senior Tutor
Mike is the Senior Tutor for the Far North Conservation Corps. His role includes facilitation, positive youth development through course content and organisation of NZQA courses.

Jeanne Murray

Jeanne is responsible for the overall performance of the garden centre, customer service, marketing & promotions, retail lines and plant stock.
