Terry Jones – General Manager
Terry oversees the swimming pools, Eco Solutions, Labour Hire, the Garden Center, North Hire Marquees, Loop de Loop cycle hire, Far North link buses and Grow Northland.
Toni McMahon – Finance
As company financial officer Toni is responsible for managing the finances of CBEC, which includes strategic planning, budgets and performance monitoring of the CBEC family of businesses.
Ceres Sharp – Manager Eco Solutions
Ceres manages the Eco Solutions team and looks after Loop de Loop bicycle hire in Whangarei. With a background in Horticulture and Sociology Ceres has spent many years bringing sustainable community programmes to rural Northland communities. With a focus on reducing waste the Community Compost Connection, Eco Star, and Waste Wise programmes are some of the community based programmes Eco Solutions is currently running, encouraging Northlanders to Reduce, Re Use and Recycle organic and inorganic waste.
Paul Hansen – Manager Healthy Homes
Paul is Operations Manager for Healthy Homes Tai Tokerau. His role includes marketing and implementation of Healthy Homes Tai Tokerau’s range of energy efficiency products and services.
Lisa Lilly – Manager Garden Centre
Lisa is responsible for the overall performance of The Garden Centre, customer service, marketing & promotions, retail lines and plant stock including native trees for re-vegetation projects.

Based in Kaitaia in the Far North of New Zealand, CBEC was formed in 1989 in response to the impacts of New Zealand’s mid 1980s economic reforms.
